Thus, the sleep becomes regular, the body’s metabolic activity is also more efficient and leads to weight loss.
Additionally, the morning sunshine has a stronger impact than the afternoon and evening sunshine. That’s because the early sunlight contains a large amount of blue light which has a strong effect on the circadian rhythm of your day.
So getting up early and drinking coffee under the fresh morning sun is not too difficult to implement. So, spend at least 20-30 minutes a day over a period of 8-10 days to achieve a really effective weight loss at no expense, its free !!!
