Take a moment to relax at noon
Too many of us are a workaholic. With a busy working office environment, having a rest for a few minutes at noon is important.
Get away from the computer and your work desk. Stand up and take some gentle exercises. Exercise will give you more energy and strengthen your muscles which will put you in a good mood and increase your self-confidence, which means you will be much more effective when working in the afternoon instead of just sitting at your desk and feeling lethargic.
Drink a cup of tea or coffee
Caffeine in coffee is considered a kind of substance and we were advised to avoid it whenever possible. In fact, if you drink coffee but in moderation, it can improve your physical performance and can be very beneficial for your health. For example, it can help to improve your mental performance and reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and diabetes.
