Breakfast: One banana and one glass of warm water, do not eat anything more. After 30-60 minutes, you should eat one more banana.
Lunch: One banana before the main course, note: reduce 30% ration compared to a common meal.
Afternoon: If hungry, you can eat one more banana, and do not eat any other food.
Dinner: One banana before eating the main course, reduce the main ration by 30%. Avoid desserts, sweets for a faster weight loss and a healthier body.
Water and mineral water is highly recommended. Drink warm water and do not drink chilled water or hot water. In his method, Wantanabe stressed that people should not use wine and milk in the diet and the last meal should end before 8 p.m.
